Madison Hart, BS
I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work degree and am passionate about supporting individuals struggling with trauma, mental health, and substance use. I have experience working with individuals in mental health and substance use crises, as well as within the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) community. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered, incorporating modalities such as DBT, psychoeducation, and mindfulness to help clients build coping skills, resilience, and self-understanding. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered in their healing and personal growth journey. In my free time I am an avid runner, and have ran one marathon. I love to spend my time reading and relaxing with my partner and our cat.
