As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health support to adults, college students, working professionals, parents, and older adults. I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life-transitions, stress, self-beliefs, and relationship issues. I also have a passion for working with perinatal and postpartum women.Â
Life can become hard at times and we may need support to work through it. I am here to listen and help you work toward healing. I value a person-centered approach, integrating various therapeutic techniques tailored to help guide you along your journey. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.
Specific techniques I utilize include CBT, DBT, mindfulness based practices, IFS, motivational interviewing, a trauma-informed lens and self-compassion interventions.
