Our evaluations are designed to help identify your unique strengths and challenges while providing recommendations that support your goals.
Evaluations include a conversation with your clinician and standardized assessment measures. Most appointments last about 2 hours, and you'll receive a written report with recommendations within 2–3 weeks.
A Trauma Evaluation is an assessment appointment to determine the extent to which traumatic experiences and symptoms are causing problems in an individuals' life. These evaluations are open to children ages 9-12 years of age when there is concern about sexual abuse. Evaluations for concerns about sexual abuse are covered by the CARE Network.
A Substance Use Evaluation (SUE), sometimes called a drug and alcohol evaluation, is an assessment appointment to determine the extent to which drugs/alcohol are causing problems in an individuals' life. We do not accept insurance for these appointments.
