Evaluations are a 2 hour appointment that includes a clinician interview and formal assessment. A finalized report with recommendations will be provided within 2-3 weeks after the assessment is completed.

A Trauma Evaluation is an assessment appointment to determine the extent to which traumatic experiences and symptoms are causing problems in an individuals' life. These evaluations are open to children ages 9-12 years of age when there is concern about sexual abuse. Evaluations for concerns about sexual abuse are covered by the CARE Network.

A Substance Use Evaluation, sometimes called a drug and alcohol evaluation, is an assessment appointment to determine the extent to which drugs/alcohol are causing problems in an individuals' life. We do not accept insurance for these appointments.
