Jamin Jeffers (he/him/his), MSW, SWC
Currently accepting both in person and virtual clients
I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver, and before that I served in the United States Army. I have lived abroad as a teacher in China, and worked with many different people and ages across the globe. I am currently pursuing hours for full licensure (LCSW). I have experience both with individual therapy and designing and leading group therapy.
I am excited to continue broadening my experience in working with a range of new clients! I look to support men and veterans in our community, college age and young professionals, and anyone else who could benefit from therapy.
I believe that therapy is an individualized process so I will meet you wherever you are at, when you come through my door. I work to give each of my clients therapy that will support and bolster them to arrive where they would like to be in their lives. It is my goal that each client will find value in our sessions together.
I use motivational interviewing, cognitive -behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), and view therapy through a systems lens.
In my free time, I like to spend time outdoors, running, and with my beautiful family! I was born and raised here in Colorado, and I am happy to have found my way back to this lovely state after living in many different places. I enjoy helping others connect with the outdoors and explore other activities to enhance their quality of life outside of therapy.
