I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. One of my core values is connection, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My approach is strengths-based and emotion-focused, helping you build on your existing strengths while gaining insight into your emotions, experiences, and personal values. Together, we can explore what matters most to you and work toward creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. I provide virtual therapy services and may incorporate Sandtray Therapy into our work when it aligns with your goals.
I work with a variety of individuals, including Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), those experiencing eating disorders, self-injury, and the effects of narcissistic abuse. I also support caregivers of individuals with cancer, professional and school counselors, and military members and their families as a Star Behavioral Health Provider – Tier One. In addition, I provide clinical supervision for mental health professionals seeking guidance and growth in their practice.
Outside of therapy, I am an adjunct instructor at the University of Wisconsin–Stout and Concordia University Wisconsin. I enjoy bringing creativity, encouragement, and curiosity into both my teaching and counseling work. When I'm not working, you'll often find me paddle boarding or spending time with my dog, Penelope, who occasionally joins virtual therapy sessions when she's able to offer a little extra comfort and companionship.
