At Resilient Future Counseling, we are committed to providing equitable access to evidence-based, trauma-informed mental health care. We believe that everyone deserves support that honors their experiences, respects their identity, and meets them where they are.
We understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer flexible, client-centered services designed to fit the unique needs, values, and goals of each person we serve. Our approach focuses on helping individuals connect with care in ways that feel accessible, meaningful, and sustainable.
We are dedicated to reducing barriers to mental health services and creating a welcoming, inclusive space for all. At the same time, we prioritize the well-being of our clinicians—because we know that compassionate, high-quality care begins with supported providers.
Together, we strive to build stronger individuals, healthier relationships, and more resilient communities.
Resilient Future Counseling began in 2023 with a simple but meaningful goal: to make mental health care more accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the real needs of the community. Founded by Rebecca Hoke, the practice was built on the belief that everyone deserves support that feels safe, relevant, and empowering.
As more individuals and families reached out for care, it became clear that the need was growing. In 2024, we expanded our team to ensure more people could access services without long delays and to bring in a wider range of expertise and perspectives.
Our connection to the community extends beyond the therapy room. By participating in events like Pride celebrations and the Teen Self-Care Fair, we work to normalize conversations around mental health, share resources, and build relationships grounded in trust and visibility.
What started as a small practice continues to grow with intention—rooted in community, guided by compassion, and committed to helping people build resilience in their everyday lives.
Mental Health for All
We believe that mental health care is a fundamental part of overall well-being and should be available to everyone. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences feel welcomed, respected, and supported.
Equitable Access to Services
We actively work to reduce barriers to care and expand access to services across our community. This includes offering flexible options, meeting clients where they are, and advocating for systems that make high-quality mental health care more accessible and responsive to diverse needs.
Compassionate Care for Clients and Clinicians
Compassion is at the core of everything we do. We approach each client with empathy, respect, and genuine care, creating a safe space for healing and growth. We also prioritize the well-being of our clinicians, recognizing that sustainable, high-quality care depends on supported and valued providers.
Excellence Through Education and Training
We are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care by investing in ongoing education, training, and professional development. Our work is grounded in evidence-based and research-informed practices, ensuring that the services we provide are effective, ethical, and aligned with the latest advancements in the field.
Resilient Future Counseling (RFC) acknowledges and honors the Indigenous Peoples with historic and contemporary ties to the land that is now known as Colorado. We recognize that our agency and operations are situated on the traditional territories and ancestral homelands of the Ute, Arapaho, Cheyenne, Diné (di-NAY), Lakota, Apache, Puebloan, and other Native nations. These tribes are the original stewards of these natural areas and have faced devastating impacts due to removal and forced assimilation, which are part of our shared history that continues to influence their health and well-being today.
As part of our commitment to enhancing behavioral health services, RFC is dedicated to understanding and integrating the knowledge, traditions, and practices of Indigenous Peoples to better serve all communities in Colorado. Our acknowledgment is an initial step toward addressing the historical and ongoing impacts of colonization, and it reflects our commitment to making our services more inclusive and responsive to the needs of Indigenous communities.
We will further this commitment by:
Recognizing and Valuing Indigenous Knowledge - Incorporating traditional healing practices and community wisdom into our programs and services wherever possible.
Educating and Training - Enhancing our staff's understanding of Indigenous histories and current issues specific to Colorado and the United States, ensuring culturally sensitive and informed care.
Engaging and Collaborating - Building meaningful relationships with tribal nations and Indigenous organizations to support their health priorities and improve access to culturally appropriate behavioral health services.
Supporting Indigenous Community Success - Facilitating pathways for the professional and personal development of Indigenous individuals in the health and mental health fields.
This acknowledgment serves as a reminder of our responsibility to the past, present, and future, and it is part of our ongoing effort to ensure the well-being of Indigenous communities with historic and contemporary ties to the land here in Colorado and across this nation.
