Hello! I am a current graduate student working towards my MSW degree from Capella University. With a background in Case Management across various settings including hospital, corrections, and government systems. I have enjoyed working with diverse populations including families, adolescents, older adults, individuals experiencing major life transitions, and people processing medical diagnosis. 

I am very passionate about empowering individuals and use a client-centered approach, incorporating modalities such as strengths-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and solutions-focused techniques. I believe in meeting people where they are, and approach my sessions with an open heart and non-judgemental ear. I am here to empower individuals to discover their own strengths and potential while providing support along the way! 

I am eager to work with a variety of clients and strive to make every interaction with my clients unique to their specific needs. 

In my free time, I love going to the lake with my family, paddle boarding, hiking, going to Broncos games, traveling and trying new restaurants!
