Currently accepting clients in Colorado (in-person & virtually)
I am a Clinical Social Work Intern at Resilient Future Counseling, driven by a lifelong passion for mental health advocacy and providing deeply compassionate, community centered care. I earned my undergraduate degree from Johnson and Wales University, where I played collegiate soccer for four years, and I am currently completing my Master of Social Work through Regis University. Growing up right here in Fort Collins and spending six years working across crisis intervention, outpatient care, substance use recovery, and behavioral health case management, I have seen firsthand the transformational power of accessible, trauma informed support. I love partnering with people from all walks of life, from youth to older adults, as well as families, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and clients seeking gender affirming care.
My practice is built on a trauma informed, strengths based foundation where your safety, trust, and empowerment always come first. In our sessions, I pull from practical evidence based tools like Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, Motivational Interviewing, and person centered strategies to help you heal, build resilience, and work through lifes complex challenges. I also have a strong interest in Internal Family Systems and EMDR, and I am continuously weaving those concepts into my work under clinical supervision. Grounded in client self determination and cultural humility, my goal is simply to walk alongside you in an inclusive, supportive environment where your unique goals and lived experiences shape the process.
Outside of my clinical work, my absolute greatest joy comes from spending quality time with my family, especially my daughter and our pets. I played four years of college soccer and still love staying active in local Sunday leagues across Northern Colorado. I am also a total bookworm who loves getting lost in romance novels and thrillers, as well as a huge movie buff with a real soft spot for superhero films and suspenseful cinema.
